About the Accommodation

The apartments are distinguished by the research and accuracy of the furnishings, the quality of the raw materials, and the design. For their design, Amine and Michela relied on Italian companies such as Samoa Divani and Veneta Cucine. Italian artisans from small local businesses then helped to complete the whole with unique pieces and high-quality raw materials. Everything was designed to give guests a relaxing and comfortable stay. Not only design and made in Italy, but also respect of the environment: glass filter bottles, energy-saving light bulbs, and recyclable paper furnishings are some of the green initiatives adopted by Amine and Michela

Prior to arrival, guests are required to check in online. The process must be completed in all its parts: registration of all guests, selfie, and tourist tax payment*.

Once this step has been completed, guests will receive all instructions and the access code.

Neighbourhood

Pratello is a well-known street in the historic center of Bologna located north of the Saragozza district. It is the focal point of Bologna's nightlife, a street full of trendy clubs and restaurants. During the day, the area is bustling with workshops and vintage stores. Every Saturday morning, an organic market is organized at the end of Via del Pratello where you can find various local organic products. Starting from Via Del Pratello, it will be possible to reach in a few minutes the main attractions of the historic center such as Piazza Maggiore, the Two Towers, the Neptune Fountain, the Middle Market, and Via Indipendenza.

Transport

Starting from the Central Station, you can reach the studio in 25 minutes on foot. Alternatively, you can take one of the following bus 21, 33 outside the train station.

If you travel by plane, we recommend taking a taxi outside the airport. This is the most comfortable and fastest way to reach the studio.

To park your car in the area you can opt for one of the following options:

• Garage San Rocco parking, located at Via San Rocco 11A. The cost of parking depends on the car size, approximately 30€ per day.
• Garage Grada, located at Via della Grada 8E. The cost of parking depends on the car size, approximately €30 per day.
• Parking Tanari, a public car park 20 minutes' walk from the flat at a cost of 5€ per day.
